Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Campaign Manager with proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex media campaigns. In this role, you will take full ownership of significant media budgets, lead strategy and execution across multiple platforms, and generate business impact through data-driven insights. You will also mentor junior campaign managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI to push innovation in campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize significant media budgets across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360, Taboola, Outbrain, and more.
- Build a deep understanding of client business and digital activity- products, services, competitors, KPIs, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and lead advanced media strategies tailored to client KPIs and business goals.
- Analyze complex campaign performance, execute advanced optimizations and A/B testing, implement automation, and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with Client Managers, as well as creative, data, and SEO teams – including task prioritization, workload management, and scheduling.
- Lead cross-organizational projects with innovative thinking and provide added value to clients.
- Train, mentor, and support Junior Campaign Managers as part of their professional development.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for strategic thinking, automation, market research, and insight generation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns for major clients within a digital agency or advertising firm.
- Full proficiency with leading ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok); DV360 experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex and multi-source data.
- Proven experience in advanced campaign optimizations, automation, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Marketing, business, and strategic thinking – the ability to balance big-picture vision with attention to detail.
- Experience leading processes and mentoring campaign managers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and professionalism, with high energy and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workloads under tight deadlines.
- Curiosity, creativity, and openness to experimenting with AI tools and new technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Native-level Hebrew.
