Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to join our client leadership team. In this role, you will lead strategic client relationships, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure measurable business impact. Acting as a key member within your squad, you will manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members – all while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as a leading figure within the Squad, managing client work plans: tasks, timelines, financial processes, and client meetings (agenda, presentations, recaps).
- Build a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and digital activities- products, services, competitors, KPIs, and marketing initiatives.
- Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives together with the Squad Manager and Growth Leader.
- Collaborate with media, creative, SEO, and data teams, including prioritization of tasks, workload management, and scheduling.
- Develop, train, and mentor Junior Client Managers in line with the training program.
- Leverage AI tools for strategic thinking, knowledge management, market research, and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in client management, working with large budgets in a digital agency or advertising firm.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ambition, energy, accountability, and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Business and marketing acumen: the ability to translate client goals into digital strategies and lead business-driven conversations.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience managing meetings with senior client stakeholders.
- Analytical abilities: reading reports (GA4, media platforms), performing basic analysis, identifying trends, and surfacing insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance knowledge, streamline processes, develop innovative workflows, and create client value.
- Curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
- Native-level Hebrew.
